We hope everyone is enjoying the incredibly mild winter that we have been having so far and you’re taking the opportunity to keep up your outdoor running as late in to the year as possible.

We have a few announcements with which to close out 2015, but first and foremost we want to thank all of the athletes, coaches, officials and clubs that supported us throughout the year and made 2015 incredibly special; without you, Muay Thai Ontario would still just be an idea.
