On Friday May 24th, every athlete must be present for the first official Medical Check and Weigh-In. Athletes can drop in any time between 3pm – 6pm at the venue.

In addition, an athlete must complete a Medical Check-up and Weigh-in the morning of each day that they compete. This means an athlete may have to weigh in up to 3 times.

If competing Saturday, weigh-in times are 8:00 am – 10:00 am

If competing Sunday, weigh-in times are 9 am:00 – 11:00 am

It is not advised to rely on a significant cut in water weight in order to make weight in a division. Instead, register for a weight class that is close to the athlete’s training weight to avoid missing weight or affecting performance/safety. Voluntary division changes are available at a fee for those who wish to alter the weight at which they are registered.
