Valid Annual Medical Declarations expire 12 months from when it was dated.
Valid Lab Test Results expire 12 months from dated form.
Note that lab test results are bundled together (HIV, Hepatitis C, Hepatitis B Surface Antigen), so if your tests all have different dates then the earliest dated test will be used to calculate the expiry date.
Example: HIV and Hepatitis C tests were done January 3, 2023, but Hepatitis B Surface Antigen was done January 10, 2023. The earliest dated tests in this case is January 3, 2023. Meaning the athlete’s expiry date would be January 3, 2024.
