All contestants participating at the Provincial Muaythai Championship must have a completed Medical Declaration.
Athletes age 16 and older must also complete the required blood tests as listed on the declaration. All blood tests must also be dated after May 24th, 2018. Please review athlete requirements here.
The required lab tests are: HIV Antibody (HIVAb), Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBsAg), and Hepatitis C Antibody (HCVAb).
It’s advised to review the blood test requirements before and after you receive test results.
It is the athlete’s responsibility to be aware of lab test processing times (varies by location).
Athletes must have all medicals prior to Provincials.
